This fund is mainly fed by of special allocations provided by budgets of both institutions and by revolving to credits. It is managed by a commission made up of representatives of the Administration and the personnel.

The fund provides the staff with credit privileges for housing (land acquisition, house acquisition, construction, renovation, etc…). Up to now, 89% of all employees have already taken profit of this fund.

Besides, the social fund provides donations in some social cases to contribute to expenses required by urgent or unexpected surgical operations.
