RNTA and MTK each have a cultural committee coordinating cultural and entertainment activities for their staff.

Besides, these committees constitute an ideal place for creativity and dialogue, and favour free initiatives and innovation through diversified activities including both personnel and their family members.

Examples of activities held by the cultural committees may be described as follows:

Two excursions organized for the staff of both companies and their families;
Family holidays;
Training sessions in computer science and Internet for personnel children;
An annual national book fair which 14th edition was held in November 2009;


All different activities are subsidized by the social funds of both companies.
